Phoenix Trading, Inc. (PTI) is a leader in connecting the government with equipment and spare parts manufacturers.

Since its inception, Phoenix Trading, Inc. (PTI) has been a government contractor and has achieved great success in government sales. This continues to be one of the main divisions in our company alongside our commercial sales business. We can identify millions of parts with NSNs, drawings, product images, cage codes, and part numbers. In addition, PTI sources parts from thousands of manufacturers to meet the needs of its customers.

PTI is a dealer for many small and big manufacturers, and we help focus on the aspects of manufacturing while we manage the bidding, packaging, and shipping of the material to the customer. In doing so we help save the manufacturer's time and other resources.

We are located in Rockville, Maryland, and have a highly efficient packaging facility where we make sure all parts reach our government customers correctly packaged according to the appropriate Mil-spec packaging and with the proper documentation. Our employees are trained in packing small items to items requiring highly specialized packaging at our facility. We have a remarkably efficient quality process that ensures the correct part is received, packaged, and dispatched per the requirement of the contract. We are continually improving and making our systems more efficient with time.

We believe in providing our customers and suppliers with honest, accurate information so they can make the right decision. We compete in our market by building our own reputation, not by damaging the reputation of our competitors. Our integrity and strong business ethics have helped us maintain a high score in the SPRS (Supplier Performance Risk System). As a result, we have been continually rated among the top 5% suppliers for the past 10 years.
